Terms of Service for PAWS ML

INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms" or "ToS") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User", "you") and Aething Inc., registered at: 1111B S Governors Ave #6113 Dover, DE 19904, USA (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), which owns and operates the PAWS ML platform, the paws.ml website, and the corresponding AI-based assistant (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Service" or "Platform").

The PAWS ML Service is an informational platform operating at the intersection of neurobiology and generative artificial intelligence, designed to provide educational support and guidance on selecting legal, non-prescription dietary supplements (nutraceuticals) for the management of Post-Acute Withdrawal Syndrome (PAWS).

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the paws.ml website, creating an account, or engaging in any interaction with our AI assistant, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully, unconditionally accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision of this document, you are not permitted to use the Platform and must immediately cease any access to the Service.

The use of the Service is strictly conditioned upon and absolutely impossible without your prior and full consent to our Privacy Policy. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy, understand its provisions, and agree with the methods of collection, processing, and protection of your personal and health data.

CRITICAL NOTICES UPON ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

1. Transparency of AI Interaction (Artificial Intelligence Disclosure): By beginning to use the Service, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you are interacting with an automated generative artificial intelligence system based on large language models (LLMs), and not with a live human, nutritionist, or specialist. You agree that the artificial intelligence operates based on probabilistic algorithms, and its responses may be incomplete, biased, or contain factual errors ("AI hallucinations").

2. Strict Medical Disclaimer (No Medical Advice): By accepting these Terms, you confirm your understanding that PAWS ML is not a medical device, telehealth provider, or clinical practice. No information generated by the AI assistant (including charts, supplement profiles, or nutraceutical recommendations) constitutes medical diagnosis, treatment, prognosis, or prescription of medication. You agree to consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting to take any supplements recommended by the Platform.

4. NO DIAGNOSIS OR TREATMENT: THE INFORMATION GENERATED BY THE AI IS NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, PREVENT, OR CURE ANY DISEASES (INCLUDING CLINICAL DEPRESSION OR SEVERE FORMS OF ADDICTION, AS WELL AS POST-ACUTE WITHDRAWAL SYNDROME).

5. RECOMMENDATION TO CONSULT A DOCTOR: ALWAYS CONSULT A QUALIFIED PHYSICIAN BEFORE STARTING TO TAKE ANY VITAMINS, AMINO ACIDS, OR DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHRONIC DISEASES OR ARE TAKING PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS.

6. FDA/EFSA DISCLAIMER: STATEMENTS REGARDING SUPPLEMENTS MENTIONED ON THE SITE HAVE NOT BEEN EVALUATED BY THE US FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION (FDA) OR THE EUROPEAN FOOD SAFETY AUTHORITY (EFSA).

7. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS: THIS SERVICE MUST NEVER BE USED IN CASES OF A THREAT TO LIFE OR HEALTH. IN THE EVENT OF A MEDICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL EMERGENCY, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CONTACT EMERGENCY SERVICES OR YOUR ATTENDING PHYSICIAN.

2. Transparency and AI Limitations (AI Disclaimer & EU AI Act Compliance)

Nature of Interaction: In accordance with Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act) and consumer protection standards, the User explicitly understands and acknowledges that they are communicating with an automated Artificial Intelligence algorithm (Large Language Model) and not with a live nutritionist, therapist, psychologist, or other licensed medical professional. Any personas or "advisors" presented in the Service are fictional interfaces of the algorithm without actual medical qualifications.

9. Risk of "Hallucinations": The User is notified that generative AI operates based on probabilistic data structures. Despite being trained on scientific medical facts, it may generate inaccurate, outdated, biased, inconsistent, or completely erroneous information (legally defined as AI "hallucinations"). The Company provides no guarantees regarding the scientific accuracy or safety of automated responses for the User's individual health profile.

10. User Responsibility: The User agrees to use the AI assistant and its recommendations exclusively at their own risk. The User is obligated to independently verify critical health information, including dosages, compatibility, and contraindications of any recommended legal supplements before purchasing and consuming them, using independent sources or consultations with a doctor. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims any liability for health damages, side effects, or losses resulting from the User's reliance on information or advice generated by the Service.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND PERMITTED USE

3.1. Strict Age Restriction: The PAWS ML Platform is intended exclusively for individuals who have reached the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if it is older than 18). Due to the Service using generative AI technologies to provide complex information about nutraceuticals and neurobiology, the use of the Platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

By accessing the Service, creating an account, or interacting with the AI assistant, you officially warrant and confirm that you are over 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into this legally binding agreement. If the Company becomes aware that data was provided by a person under 18, their account and access to the Service will be immediately terminated without prior notice.

3.2. Personal, Non-Commercial Use Only: The Service, including the AI assistant, algorithms, text responses (prompts), graphics, and databases, is provided to you under a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license solely for your personal, non-commercial, and individual use.

3.3. Prohibition on Commercial Exploitation: You explicitly agree that you will not use the Service for commercial gain. It is strictly prohibited to:

• Resell, sublicense, or distribute AI-generated responses, supplement intake plans, or algorithmic recommendations to third parties.
• Use the Service (directly or indirectly) as part of the operations of other clinics, medical facilities, wellness centers, startups, or commercial programs to provide consultations or services to your patients or clients. PAWS ML is not a "white-label" solution (B2B) and cannot be integrated into third-party business processes without a separate written corporate agreement with Aething Inc.
• Create derivative products or competing services based on information obtained from our AI assistant.

3.4. Protection of AI Infrastructure and Data: In order to protect Aething Inc.'s intellectual property and prevent abuse, you are prohibited from:

• Using automated scripts, scraping tools, or bots for the mass extraction of data, prompts, or recommendations from the paws.ml website.
• Copying, decompiling, or applying reverse engineering methods to the logic of the Platform's algorithms.
• Using text outputs generated by PAWS ML for training, fine-tuning, or testing any other artificial intelligence models (LLMs) or machine learning algorithms.

In the event of detecting any signs of commercial use, mass scraping, or infringement of intellectual property rights, the Company reserves the right to immediately block access to the Service and, if necessary, initiate legal proceedings to recover damages.

4. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE & COMMERCIAL CONNECTIONS

4.1. Affiliate Links Disclosure: In compliance with transparency standards and the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act, as well as FTC Endorsement Guides and .com Disclosures, the Company hereby notifies the User of material connections with third-party marketplaces.

PAWS ML may contain affiliate links. If you follow them and make a purchase (for example, on platforms like iHerb or Amazon), we may receive a small commission as financial compensation. This in no way affects the final price of the product for you. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that the Platform is funded in part through affiliate marketing and confirm your consent to our use of such links. On recommendation pages, affiliate links will be additionally marked with specific identifiers (e.g., "Disclosure" or "Ad") as required by FTC rules.

4.2. AI Objectivity Guarantee & No Output Steering: The Company provides an unconditional guarantee that our AI assistant recommends molecules, extracts, or substances based solely on their expected biological benefits for the body and scientific relevance to your query, not because an elevated commission is paid for their sale.

We strictly comply with the FTC's 2026 policy regarding algorithmic transparency and the suppression of accuracy in AI systems. The Company's commercial partnerships do not dictate the underlying parameters, logic, or safety of the generative AI model's responses. The Company strictly prohibits the hidden manipulation of AI outputs (output steering) in favor of more profitable but less effective nutraceuticals at the expense of the User's interests and expectations.

4.3. Third-Party Merchants Disclaimer: The PAWS ML Service is exclusively an informational technology platform. We do not manufacture, sell, store, or deliver any dietary supplements, capsules, vitamins, or other physical goods.

Any products purchased by you after following affiliate links are provided by independent third-party sellers or manufacturers. Consequently, any issues related to supplement quality, possible allergic reactions, delivery delays, customer service, or product returns must be resolved by the User directly with the respective online store (seller). To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company fully disclaims any legal and financial liability for the quality, efficacy, and safety of physical products purchased from third-party resources.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

5.1. No Prescription or Controlled Substances: Consistent with our status as an educational and informational platform, the Service provides data solely on legal, non-prescription dietary supplements and nutraceuticals. It is strictly prohibited to use the PAWS ML AI assistant to seek, generate, request, or attempt to obtain medical prescriptions for narcotics, psychotropic substances, or any prescription medications. The AI assistant is not a licensed physician, telehealth provider, or pharmacist, and has no legal authority to issue prescriptions or prescribe medications. Any attempts to force the algorithm to issue recommendations for dosages or regimens of prescription drugs (including pharmacological treatment of PAWS or clinical addictions) are considered a gross violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination without the possibility of recovery.

5.2. Protection of AI Integrity and Anti-Hacking: The User agrees to interact with the Service in good faith. To protect the Company's intellectual property and prevent intentional manipulation of automated systems, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Prompt Injection / Jailbreaking: Any attempts to bypass, disable, or modify the built-in safety filters, ethical restrictions, or medical disclaimers of the AI model are prohibited. The User may not use specially crafted queries (prompt injection) to force the AI assistant to generate prohibited content, bypass system instructions, issue unauthorized medical diagnoses, or reveal hidden system prompts that define the algorithm's behavior.
• Reverse Engineering: Any attempts to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract the source code, the logic of the recommendation system, the weights of the underlying language models (LLMs), or the databases used by the Platform are strictly prohibited.
• Scraping & Automated Bots: Inauthentic use of the Service and automated exploitation of the Platform are prohibited. You may not use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or scrapers to mass-collect text responses from the AI, supplement profiles, algorithmic outputs, or the architecture of the paws.ml website for any purposes, including commercial copying or training third-party AI models.

5.3. Enforcement and Account Suspension: In accordance with our internal policies and abuse protection requirements, the Company reserves the right, without prior notice, to suspend or permanently terminate the provision of services to any User who violates the rules of this section (Acceptable Use Policy), systematically generates requests for illegal content, or attempts to manipulate the AI assistant. Upon detecting intentional attacks on the infrastructure or attempts to obtain prescriptions for narcotics, the Company also reserves the right to hand over the relevant data and logs to law enforcement agencies.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT RIGHTS

6.1. Company's Intellectual Property Rights: All rights, title, and legal interests in and to the Platform belong exclusively to Aething Inc. and its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to: the paws.ml website, PAWS ML trademarks and logos, visual design (UI/UX), database structure, texts of educational articles, as well as the underlying AI algorithms, system prompts, model weights, and logic of the recommendation system. Use of the Service does not grant the User any ownership rights to the aforementioned intellectual property. Any unauthorized use of the Company's intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

6.2. User Prompts and Input Data: The User retains all ownership rights to any original information, text queries (prompts), as well as health and well-being data voluntarily entered into the AI assistant interface. By entering this data, you grant the Company a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store this information solely for the purpose of providing you with the Service's features (including generating relevant responses) and in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.3. Rights to AI-Generated Outputs: Since the AI assistant's responses (including nutraceutical lists, informational summaries, neurobiological balance support plans for PAWS) are generated based on Aething Inc.'s proprietary algorithms and closed databases, all rights to the generated content (Outputs) originally belong to the Company.

However, under these Terms, the Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the generated AI responses strictly for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes.

6.4. Restrictions on Output Usage: Under the granted license for using AI responses, the User is strictly prohibited from:

• Claiming exclusive copyright over generated texts or passing them off as materials written by a human (including a licensed physician or yourself personally).
• Using the generated responses (in whole or in part) for commercial publication, sale, creation of paid informational products (courses, nutraceutical guides), or providing consultations to third parties.
• As specified in Section 3 of these Terms, using any text outputs and recommendations generated by PAWS ML for machine learning, fine-tuning, or testing any competing AI models.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. "AS IS" / "AS AVAILABLE" Basis: The PAWS ML Service, including text interfaces, the AI assistant, generation algorithms, and all related content, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aething Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of intellectual property rights, and warranties of scientific, medical, or clinical efficacy.

We make no representations or warranties that the Service will meet your individual requirements, that the operation of the AI assistant will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any nutraceutical recommendations will lead to a desired result in improving your well-being.

7.2. Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aething Inc., its officers, employees, affiliates, and software developers shall under no circumstances be liable to you or any third parties for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising in connection with your use of the Service.

You explicitly understand and agree that the Company bears absolutely no legal or financial liability for:

• Any personal injury, physical deterioration, exacerbation of diseases, or psychological discomfort;
• Any allergic reactions, systemic toxicity, adverse drug interactions, side effects, or metabolic disorders resulting from the purchase and physical consumption of any dietary supplements, vitamins, amino acids, or other nutraceuticals suggested or mentioned by the AI's automated responses;
• Errors in AI outputs ("algorithm hallucinations"), inaccuracies in recommended dosages, outdated scientific data, or any other form of harm resulting from your reliance on information generated by the Platform.

7.3. Assumption of Risk: By using the Platform, you acknowledge that altering your diet, self-prescribing dietary supplements, and any health experiments carry inherent physiological risks. You assume full, absolute, and exclusive responsibility for any decisions regarding your health made based on information received from the AI assistant. You agree to hold the Company harmless from any claims, lawsuits, loss of data, loss of revenue, or legal proceedings arising from your use of AI advice.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

8.1. Obligation to Defend and Indemnify: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aething Inc. (the owner of the PAWS ML project), its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and developers from any claims, demands, lawsuits, damages, liabilities, costs, or fines (including reasonable legal fees and attorney costs) initiated by any third parties or regulatory bodies due to or in connection with:

• Breach of Agreement: Any direct or indirect breach by you of any provision of these Terms of Service.
• Misuse of AI: Your access to the Service, your use of it, as well as any actions and decisions regarding your health that you have taken based on the content, articles, or personal recommendations generated by the AI assistant.
• Violation of Laws and Fines: Any administrative fines, regulatory sanctions, or legal penalties imposed on the Company as a result of your unlawful actions (including, but not limited to, unauthorized access to the platform from restricted jurisdictions, such as mainland China, using bypass technologies and VPNs).
• Violation of Third-Party Rights: Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or trade secret rights within the content you provided or user queries (prompts) to the AI.

8.2. Defense Procedure: Aething Inc. reserves the right, at your expense, to assume exclusive legal defense and control of any legal case or claim for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to fully cooperate with our defense of these claims. You agree not to settle any disputes affecting the Company's interests or admit guilt on behalf of the Company without the prior, explicitly expressed written consent of Aething Inc.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY AS IT SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS.

9.1. Governing Law: These Terms of Service, as well as any disputes, claims, or controversies arising in connection with the use of the PAWS ML Platform, AI assistant recommendations, or interaction with the company, are governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware (USA), without regard to conflict of laws principles. In rare cases where a dispute is not subject to arbitration (as specified in section 9.4), the User and the Company agree to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, USA.

9.2. Agreement to Arbitrate: The User and Aething Inc. agree that any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of these Terms or related to the use of the Service (including disputes over the interpretation or breach of these Terms) will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, and not in court. This arbitration agreement is governed by the US Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1 et seq.).

Arbitration proceedings will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The proceeding will be conducted remotely (by video or telephone) by one neutral arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision is final, binding on both parties, and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

9.3. Class Action Waiver: THE USER AND THE COMPANY AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS MAY ONLY BE BROUGHT AGAINST EACH OTHER ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. The User categorically and unconditionally waives their right to initiate, participate in, or join any class action, class arbitration, mass action, or representative proceeding against the PAWS ML project and Aething Inc. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims into a single case without the express written consent of all affected parties.

9.4. Exceptions to Arbitration: As an exception to the rule of mandatory arbitration: (a) Either party retains the right to bring an individual action in small-claims court, provided the claim falls within the jurisdiction of that court and is not subject to transfer to a court of general jurisdiction. (b) Aething Inc. retains the right to seek injunctive relief or other emergency equitable relief in court to prevent an actual or threatened infringement of the Company's intellectual property rights, prevent unauthorized access (hacking) to AI algorithms, data theft, or a violation of Section 5 of these Terms, without first seeking arbitration.

10. MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION

10.1. Termination of Access: Aething Inc. reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, limit, or permanently terminate your access to the PAWS ML Platform, the AI assistant, and any related services at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice, and without any financial or legal liability to you. In the event you violate any of the provisions of these Terms (including attempts to hack the algorithm or commercially use the responses), your license to use the Service is revoked automatically.

10.2. Changes to Terms of Service: We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. In the event of minor modifications (e.g., phrasing or structure corrections), the Company will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your full acceptance of these changes.

10.3. Notice of Material Changes: To comply with international transparency standards (including Article 14 of the EU Digital Services Act — DSA), if the Company makes material changes that significantly reduce your rights, expand your obligations, or alter the nature of the recommendation algorithms, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., via a pop-up on the paws.ml website or by email, if provided) before such changes take effect.
